We reached out to Batter Up for a birthday cake and smash cake, and we were incredibly pleased. The communication process was excellent and easy - we simply texted photos of what ideas/inspirations we had and Batter Up did the rest! They offered several cake flavor options and we went with chocolate chip for the main cake and chocolate for the smash cake. We got a text reminder the day before pickup, and pickup was fast and easy. The bakery's atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Everything was ready on time, we visually confirmed that the cakes were what we wanted, and they walked the cakes out to our car for us. Our son absolutely loved his smash cake. I've never seen a baby dig so far into a cake before, so we know he enjoyed it! The main birthday cake was also a hit. Both were a great balance of sweet and decadent. The pricing was also excellent. We paid roughly $90 for both cakes which we not only found to be fair, but a great value. We'll be using Batter Up for future events!
I love their cakes: so moist and flavorful and CONSISTENTLY tasty as well as artfully decorated! Service is quick and it's super simple to pre-order via a text. Don't expect a fancy ambiance if you've never been here, as this place is all about the work that goes into the final product! And thank you for offering a military discount!

We ordered our wedding cake from here - bottom layer was red velvet and the top was almond. The cake was fantastic - we aren't huge on sweets and we loved it so much we wish we had left overs. The cake itself turned out absolutely beautiful and exactly what I pictured for the wedding! Looking forward to getting our anniversary cake next year!
AMAZING! We sent a picture of a cake we found because our son loves Sherri's Labrador, which isn't super popular, and it turned out better than the picture. We were about 3 weeks out from the birthday when we realized we had no cake! Texted the number provided, they got back to us with pricing and confirmation right away. Staff is super nice and helpful!
